When we come home to this deep source within, everything begins to shift. Our centre of gravity moves away from the old scripts and expectations, and toward the true treasure: a life aligned with what matters most.
Why Now?
This isn’t in spite of the challenges of our time, but shaped by them, and in response to them. We are living in an age of collapse and renewal- what Joanna Macy called the Great Turning.
Our ability to create a new world with more truth, beauty, and goodness depends on a willingness—the courage—to say yes to our authentic calling.
What is Purpose Guiding?
Purpose is about discovering and embodying what you are here to do in this lifetime- your unique way of loving the world.
As a Purpose Guide, my role is to support you in connecting deeply with the truth of your being and your soul’s distinctive gifts.
Unlike therapy, which works at the level of personality, or spiritual practices that point us upward toward transcendence, Purpose Guiding attunes you to the wisdom of Soul itself.
The Work
Through this process you can:
- Break the spell of default purposes- safety, security, comfort, outward success.
- Move beyond limiting beliefs and inherited expectations.
- Tune into your own inner wisdom, the wisdom of Soul and the mirroring of wild nature
- Orient yourself toward your true calling, embodied in the one wild and precious life that is yours to live.
The Journey
The full journey is 12 sessions, supported by self-directed practices, often in wild nature, between our meetings. Online or face-to-face.
Includes a sunrise to sunset solo nature immersion.
If you feel called, but don't want to commit to 12 sessions you can begin with 3 sessions to explore the work and see how it resonates.
